We strive to be the leading health minded commercial & residential cleaning services in the South Florida area.
And to standardize our cleaning process in terms of the prevention of cross-contamination, we’ve developed and refined a Color Chart for our Commercial & Residential Cleaning Services. We assign particular colors for designated cleaning areas where certain risks are common. These colors are transferred as color coding onto our cleaning equipment and the products which are to be used specifically in these areas and only in these areas. This will identify and set apart these cleaning items to help prevent the transfer of bacteria through cross contamination to other areas. Considering the worldwide health concern with COVID 19, this system has become important in all areas.
We offer simple flat rate pricing based on the size of the home given the number of bedrooms and square footage. Please note, a “Detail Cleaning” or a “Deep Cleaning” is required for the first cleaning 
BATHROOM SPECIFICATIONS:
Scrub & Clean & shine Sinks~ Remove any soap scum & polish faucets.
Clean Countertops (Using a special product for marble & stone) ~ We wipe all items on the counter as well as underneath them, and place them back in an organized fashion. We also clean the soap holder removing all scum.
Wipe Bathroom Cabinets ~ Wipe all cabinet surfaces.
Scrub & Clean Toilets ~ We scrub & clean toilets making sure the base is completely cleaned & shined.
Scrub & Clean Tubs ~ We scrub & shine tubs and all ledges and surfaces..
Damp Mop Bathroom Floors ~ We wet mop your floors with an organic disinfectant leaving a fresh pleasing scent (no harsh chemicals)
Scrub & Clean Showers ~ We scrub removing soap scum and clean shower walls, doors, & floors.
Vacuum Bathroom Floors & Rugs We use special equipment with heap filters & floor attachments for floors & rugs.
Clean Mirrors & Shine Chrome ~ No ammonia used in our mirror-cleaning practices!
Dust & Clean Blinds, Window Sills, Window Ledges & Bath Furniture ~ Dust & clean, wiping marks or spots on blinds, window ledges, and all horizontal surfaces.
Baseboard Cleaning ~ After vacuuming, we wipe baseboards with a damp microfiber cloth.
Cobweb Removal ~ Using Dusters and extension poles we will remove cobwebs from corners, ceilings, & behind furniture.
Ceiling Fan Thorough Cleaning ~ We thoroughly clean ceiling fans, including light fixtures & chord reels.
Empty Trash Can(s) ~ We empty trash and replace them with customer provided can liners. Please let us know where you keep the new bags or leave a couple on kitchen counter.
Vacuum & Clean Inside Cabinets & Drawers ~ We’ll remove items, vacuum and wipe clean surfaces and re-organize and return items.
Clean Windows ~ Clean Inside Windows, wipe streaks, corners, ledges and frames. This would be a Cleaning Add-On.
