Post-construction services provided;
- Thorough HEPA-vacuuming & cleaning of all surfaces
- Clean all windows, windowsills, tracks, & frames
- Remove all stickers, glue, paint and residue from glass
- Clean inside cabinets and drawers
- Clean doors and frames
- Clean baseboard, trim & casings
- Clean and wipe lighting fixtures
- Sanitize bathroom and machine scrub all floors where needed
- Polish all chrome, porcelain, Formica, and horizontal surfaces
- Clean bathroom sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers
- HEPA-Vacuum and spot-clean all carpets
- Steam clean carpeted areas where required
- HEPA-vacuum and/or steam clean any furniture
- Electrostatic disinfection services (upon request)
A successful post construction cleaning, means leaving the entire structure free from any (left over) construction debris and dust.
In addition, labels will be properly removed from glass and restroom fixtures.
And, resilient tile floors will be machine scrubbed and waxed.
From ceiling to floor, light fixtures will be thoroughly dusted & cleaned.
Carpeting will be thoroughly vacuumed using HEPA filtered vacuums and any area that requires it, they’ll be spot-cleaned where needed.
