OUR COLOR CODED CLEANING SYSTEM
AVOIDS CROSS CONTAMINATION
Our color coded cleaning system uses color-coded mop heads, mop buckets, microfiber cloths, rags and other tools to reduce the potential for cross-contamination.
It’s important to note, the tools we use to clean high-risk areas are clearly marked, and will only be used exclusively in those areas.
Red is for high-risk areas like toilets & urinals;
Yellow code is associated with lower risk in high risk areas such as other washroom surfaces, including sinks, mirrors, cubicles, tiled walls, glass and metal.
Green is for food & drink prep areas, including kitchens and bars, but green is also used in other areas where food is processed.
Blue is for lower-risk areas. These areas include offices, classroom desk, window ledges, hallways, and for general dusting and polishing, areas that usually have a lower risk of bacterial contamination than in other areas like washrooms or kitchens.
